### Orders & Payment
**Q: How can I place an order?**
A: Simply add items to your cart and follow checkout steps. We accept credit card, PayPal and other mainstream payment methods supported on our website. All payments are securely processed.
**Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?**
A: Order modification / cancellation is only available before the order is processed and shipped. Please email our customer service as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
**Q: I did not receive order confirmation email, what to do?**
A: Please check your spam / junk mailbox first. If still not found, contact us with your payment email or name, we will resend your confirmation.
### Shipping & Delivery
**Q: How long will my order take to arrive?**
A: Order processing time: 1‑3 business days. Standard shipping takes [10‑20] business days to US main land. Express shipping takes [5‑10] business days. Delays may happen due to customs clearance or carrier situations.
**Q: Do you ship internationally?**
A: Currently we mainly ship to United States. International buyers shall be responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes occurred at destination.
**Q: How do I track my parcel?**
A: Once your order ships out, you will receive an email containing tracking number and tracking link. You can track delivery status via the link.
### Return & Refund
**Q: Am I eligible for return?**
A: You may apply for return within 30 days after you receive goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Personal‑care / clearance sale items are non‑returnable. Please read our full Refund Policy for details.
**Q: Who covers return shipping cost?**
A: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless items arrive damaged or we send wrong goods.
**Q: When will I get my refund?**
A: After we receive and inspect returned goods, refund will be processed within 5‑10 business days to original payment account. The arrival time depends on your payment provider.
